This family came all the way from Alabama for their pictures! What an honor! Sweet Sydney is six months and was quite serious today but totally content with getting her pictures made. She fell asleep at the end and we got some adorable images of her. Love her sweet cheeks and pouty lips. Big sisters Gianna and Ava love their baby sister so much. I have been looking for a carousel horse for quite sometime but none of the ones I found were perfect. Especially for the price! They can certainly get expensive. My hubby and I found one at an antique shop for $75 and I couldn't wait to get it home to put my own spin on it! Hubby made it closer to the ground ( to accommodate our smaller clients) and added cement to the base to make it sturdy for them too. He primed it and got it all ready for me to start paint and adding the floral details. I used different shades of pinks, peaches, creams, lavender and of course gold! I knew these colors would match the beautiful dresses I have in my wardrobe for my clients. Love how it turned out and sweet Sawyer was the first one to try it out. I really adore doing Mommy and Me sessions every year!! I love capturing the sweet moments between Mom's and their babies. I know we don't always want to be in front of the camera but its so important to have these memories for your children! So moms, dads, grandmas, and grandpas get in front of the camera!! Lol!
