Little Carrington came from the Atlanta/ Sandy Springs area to have her newborn pictures captured by us! She was born at Northside Hospital at 5lbs 10oz. She was a tiny little thing and was so perfect for us! I love her whole gallery and can't wait for Mom and Dad to see some sneak peeks, so here they are! Jayden came from Grayson, Georgia to see us for his newborn pictures. He was delivered at Northside Hospital and weighed less than seven pounds. He was such a sweet baby and even gave us a huge smile! We LOVE all the images we captured of him and are happy Mom and Dad chose us to photograph their new baby boy. Adorable Hazelle Marie came from Roswell for her newborn pictures today. I was so excited to see this family again! I photographed her big sister, Harper, five years ago at her baby session. She is totally in love with her new baby sister. Hazelle was born at Northside Hospital at just a little over eight pounds. She was so sweet for us and we captured so many amazing images of her. Almost one year ago sweet Baker came to see us for his newborn pictures. He was seriously the sweetest and I wanted to keep him for real! He was born with a cleft palate and has had quite the journey to get to where he is today. His doctors at the Children's Healthcare of Atlanta have done such a great job and his sweet little mouth looks so good after several surgeries. I loved seeing this family today and capturing Bakers one year milestone. His Mom and Dad wrote more about his journey below. No one can say it quite like they can, so here it is... Baker's Story:At 18 weeks, during a scheduled sonogram, it was discovered that our bundle of joy would start his life with a few complications. We were informed that he might have a possible cleft lip and we were referred to a specialist for further testing. During the advanced testing it was confirmed Baker did have a left cleft lip but it appeared the hard palate was intact and not an issue. Unfortunately, with the limitations of even the most advanced medical equipment available, we would not know the full extent of the cleft until he was born. We were sad, worried, and confused as to why us?! We performed every possible fetal genetic test available and all of the tests came back negative for any chromosomal defects. So many baby girls in the studio lately! Beautiful Jayla came in for her newborn pictures today and she was perfection! So beautiful and she let us capture so many amazing images before she was finally tired of us at the end. Haha! Loved snuggling this sweet baby girl today.
